Amber and Kenny Flynt see the world differently. Instead of considering today's computing wonders to be somewhat advanced, they see a baby internet with primitive web applications abundantly spreading. They see a civilization that is just preparing to start harnessing the power of tools and energy. They see the world as a culture in infancy with a miraculous growth spurt just beyond the horizon.
There are great paradigm shifts ahead... rapid technological changes that will affect all facets of life. As such, the Flynts envision the many shapes that may emerge as technology advances. In this excitement of the amazing possibilities ahead, Flynt Paradigm was born.
Kenny Flynt is CEO and founder of Flynt Paradigm LLC where
he provides leadership of enterprise strategy, company culture,
and capital allocations. Aside from Flynt Paradigm, Kenny has
served in numerous Information Technology roles from leading
successful CRM and ERP projects to designing enterprise
databases and custom software solutions.
Kenny holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to attending Hopkins, Kenny graduated with honors from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science.
Amber Flynt is CTO and founder of Flynt Paradigm LLC
where she leads all technology development, product strategy,
and engineering operations. Prior to founding Flynt Paradigm
and throughout her career in software engineering, Amber
has developed expertise in web, distributed computing,
and java related technologies.
Amber holds a Master of Science with honors in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to attending Hopkins, Amber graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
