2012 Pricing Guidelines
Initial Consultation - FREE
We work to understand your mission and goals while educating ourselves on your industry. This allows us to estimate the scope of the project, understand your organizational needs and the software systems that need to be produced. After initial consultation, a proposal is created and delivered which initiates the project and provides estimates for the overall scope, schedule, and costs.
Basic Web Design - $250 Homepage / $100 per additional page
A basic web site includes a custom layout, design, and navigation scheme. Traditionally, basic sites are comprised of 5 - 7 static pages including categories such as Home, Services, About Us, and Contact. Content and images for each page are provided by the client. Images can be improved and integrated seemlessly into the web design.
Custom Email - $75 additional per page
Many web sites display contact information to the viewer. By adding the custom email solution, viewers can directly enter in a message to the web page and have it sent to a provided email account.
Custom Script - $75 additional per script
Often, advanced features and behavior may be required to enhance a website. These enhancements may be anything from a photo gallery with enlarging images to interactive behavior between the website and the user. Custom Scripts can be written to accomplish a variety of these enhancements.
Data Storage and Dynamic Solutions - $150 per dynamic web page / $750 and up for Database Development

Search Engine Optimization - $100 with Website Implementation / $400 without Website Implementation / Starting at $100 per month for Targeted Ads

Maintenance

Maintenance contracts are arranged once a web site is live. Maintenance work can be based on an as-need basis or annual contract. Maintenance includes updating images or content when needed; however, maintenance does not include structural website changes or new development efforts.
